I know it's the same manga author but these character designs look almost too exactly like Junjo Romantica.

Nakamura does suffer from an extreme case of sameface and same plot. Down to making all the "tops" with square faces and the "bottoms" with rounder pointy faces

I would actually be more surprised if the character designs looked completely different since both series take place in the same world/timeline/everything and there's some crossover between the two. Besides, the designs look the same from the Sekaiichi anime from eight years ago. And as CrowLia said, Nakamura definitely suffers from a bit of sameface.
