Now if there's any HIDIVE exclusive anime I'd like to see, I can watch it for free on MyAnimeList?

My reading is, maybe?

Whatever they think will get people hooked enough to sign up for HiDive and make them more money, probably. Me, I already subscribe. |

Might be similar to the CR and Hulu partnerships that Anime Planet has. While they have the anime on their website, you still have to have a CR and/or Hulu subscription to watch the stuff that can't be seen for free.
