Tsuda is phenomenal as Tatsu. How he's not in a live-action series is beyond me.

...Okay, you can't just cast two high-profile seiyuu in this and not make it into an actual anime.

Or an actual live-action show. Kenjiro Tsuda is literally the character straight out of the Manga.
