Same to Hunter x Hunter and Detective Conan, which it may not ending anytime soon.

Not at all comparable to Detective Conan, which only had two indefinite hiatus over its entire runtime, and which biggest break in a row was four months.

Going by recent patterns, I'm sure the next chapter will come out next year. I honestly wonder what is Takeuchi's illness... For her to only be able to crank out a few chapters a year, it has to be something REALLY serious.

The manga now managed to mostly line itself up with the anime´s (non-)ending. I wonder who followed who here.

Oh well. This will take a minute and any hope of more anime has to be 100% dead by now.

The original plan was that the anime's last episode would catch up with the manga, but then the hiatus happened so Takeuchi told them the story in advance.

Aw man, that sucks...

I hope the author pulls through and gets the care they need...

If there's too much of a strain due to work, would it not help if another artist with a similar aesthetic took over to help make it easier?
