I hope an American publisher notices the critical acclaim the anime is getting, and it persuades them to bring the manga over.

The amount of super intricate detailed diagrams (loaded with various text for explainations) I've seen from random screenshots of manga scans leads me to think this would be an incredibly hard work to bring to another language.

It's Shogakukan, so Viz would get first dibs. Though there've been cases where other companies have gotten their manga like Silver Spoon (Yen Press) or Mob Psycho 100 (Dark Horse Comics). I just hope that it's licensed soon, and it doesn't take years for someone to license it.
