Overall pleased with the ratings. Especially happy it wasn't a Gen 1 fest and nice good variety.

Definitely happy about Greninja, that Pokémon deserved the win and it's definitely my most favourite final starter evolution. Also pleasantly surprised that Umbreon is the best ranked Eeveelution, definitely did not expect that one.
Not happy, however, that neither Houndour nor Houndoom, my all-time favourite Pokémon line, didn't make it to even Gen II top 10.
But Chandelure winning the Gen V? Seriously? I understand that Gen V was, so far, the weakest Pokémon generation, with totally uninspiring, ugly, or outright weird Pokémon, but there are still few that were cool and Chandelure definitely is not one of them. On the contrary, actually, it shows exactly everything that's wrong with Gen V Pokémon.Boring, nonsensical, weird thing.

Chandelure is popular in Japan from what I heard, and I can see the appeal. One of my favorites of the gen.
