Yikes! Google says this is pretty serious, as in, get a pacemaker or die in a year level of serious. I hope he's allowed to prioritize his health after this.

Hello! I would like to point out that the headline is misleading because there is no accurate news of Mafumafu having recovered from his cardiogenic shock. I, as a fan and listener of his music, wish for his speedy recovery too, but as far as I know from his staff on Twitter, he has not yet recovered...
