Back when I first started watching anime, I binged a ton of series. I'd randomly pick one and see it all the way through, regardless of quality. It was a very fun time in my life. Now, there are certain series that I can't watch again (or even watch the OP) because the level of nostalgia it fills me with is just too depressing. Oreshura is one of those series.

Girls und Panzer and Listen to Me Girls I am Your Father are the others

i remember liking Listen to Me Girls I am Your Father a lot at that time Girls und Panzer was awesome too but Oreshura on the other hand had a satisfying conclusion but i'm not sure if it was actually genuinely good looking back on it since its been so long.

This wasn't a bad title from what I remember.

Aniplex never brought it out on Blu-ray, and was charging an arm and a leg for its DVD release so I passed on it.

Just went to look for it on Rightstuf, its out of print.

Oh wow, it's been a while since I heard about this series. I only watched the anime and I loved it. Though the ending was conclusive but not really . Laughing

Masuzu and Chiwa look like they still get along swimmingly.
