Wow, this is happening sooner than I expected, but there's more than enough content for a season or two.

This anime seriously needs a cover of the classic Frank Sinatra song “Fly Me to the Moon” as its opening theme. I mean, Neon Genesis Evangelion and Bayonetta already had awesome renditions of it, so why not this one?

No offense to the series, but that synopsis sounds so lazily written.

Decent spike of Shounen Sunday-based anime lately between this, Sleepy Princess, Major 2nd S2, and even Takagi-san S2 and Mix (which both run in Monthly Sunday) from last year.

still no Komi anime though

No it describes the series perfectly. I read a volume or two of this a while ago. Maybe it got better but from what I saw it's a very basic wish-fulfillment story. Basic guy gets hot manic-pixie dream girl who thinks he's the cat's meow with essentially no effort.
It is a very "pure" romance though if you're into that.

Okay but is the anime going to keep the references?

Jc staff or please please synergy sp.

season 1 was the best hands down, season 2 was good too.

manglobe made it for young Japanese girls only, couldnt stand no comedy in 3/4 and hayates design and less fighting scenes.

Not a big fan of the series and I dropped it maybe after a few chapters- they're married and yet they still act like primary school kids, blushing at every hand contact? Not cute, just aggravating. With Hayate and the other series, at least you can argue that the characters are not dating, therefore naivety/modesty is not unrealistic, but married couples? You're close enough to fart in your sleep, wake up next to each other with morning breath, make explosion sounds in toilets, but you can't touch her shoulders? pfffffffft.

Also, if you're married to a woman and you show absolutely zero interests in her physique, that's not consideration, that's downright insulting.

Hayate was fun, this isn't.
