Always up for more DAL as long the production value doesn't drop further. It would be funny if both S4 and Date A Bullet would be broadcast together :p

Didn't we hear that there is something planned at the same time as they announced Date a Bullet? Well, I'll watch and probably enjoy it if it doesn't repeat the third season's mistakes. Really hope they re-adapt volume 12 tho.

Never read the LN, but I liked the first 2 seasons. I couldn't bring myself to finish the 3rd. Maybe I will revisit it. Can't be that bad if they're doing a 4th season. Is this going to adapt all the way through?

Not sure where you stopped, but the second half of S3 is better than the first half. There's 10 volumes left after S3, so unless they go full butcher mode we'd need at least a S5 to cover everything.

It seems like the past few days I go to sleep and wake up the next morning to news that I want.

While this did get me off guard it isnt too surprising considering how they handled the last ep of season 3. Combine this with the news of the LN finally ending and the fact that there are still 2 more characters to be introduced as well as the plot twist and I wouldnt be surprised if it gets a 5th season if they do this one well.

Eh, the way I remember it is that the 3rd season was consistently bad. My memory of it is already hazy but I mostly remember the pacing being god-awful.

I liked the third season more than the "not worth mentioning" second season. At least a number of things happened rather than one that was both a shortened season as well as had an extended Idol plotline.

I guess we agree the first season is the best then? To me there seems to be two types of fans, ones who like the entire series and ones who are just here for Kurumi. Oh yeah, the side series is all her.

Please don't screw this season up JC Staff.

Anyway I wouldn't mind Date A Party to get an OVA, that was an enjoyable read.

Wait, are you saying a third season exist?
Because there was no season 3 of Date A Live. Ever.

(not that the other two weren't to various degrees pretty rushed as well, but the content was subpar, while season 3 was where it was supposed to get actually decent)

I liked season 1 because I think it is a decent and entertaining watch; season 2 is kind of boring; and season 3 is a mixed bag, but I was pleased with how it concludes. I hope season 4 is at least better than season 2.

I absolutely adore all 3 seasons, 3rd being my favorite.

Really, really happy and excited! ☆

YEP. Mark my words. They're going for the "Index" route and jam everything left in the last season and butcher the series
