YES. I just rewatched the anime last week and was going to look into the movie, so this is excellent timing!

Hope more Aniplex films will stream on Funimation, even if for a limited time. Would love Heaven's Feel movies, Kizumonogatari, Madoka Magica movies, I Want to Eat Your Pancreas, etc.

Given that Funi is going back and dubbing Kaguya-sama after its BD release it's very possible they'll do it for Mahouka plus some other big undubbed AoA titles like Nisekoi. It's pretty clear at this point Sony is really trying to make Funi more robust as a streaming service and dubbing these already popular shows is an easy way to do that. (Plus, AoA can rerelase them on disc and charge $100 again... Rolling Eyes) Obviously, Corona permitting.

I keep hoping that Funimation and Aniplex USA both being under the Sony banner will get more titles out of Aniplex jail. Baccano!, Read or Die, and Valkyria Chronicles haven’t been legally available in English for years, and the first of these has one of the best dubs of all time (produced by Funimation, ironically enough).

Aside: I wonder if anyone has compiled a master list of films and series that are in Aniplex jail.

I continue to wonder what the point is for Aniplex to decline to renew licenses, give the titles over to AoA, and then just sit on them. Even if they thought there wasn't enough demand to justify discs (at least at Aniplex prices) for some of those titles, streaming would almost certainly be viable. With Funimation having a streaming service, it's not like they would need to rely on companies like Netflix or Hulu being interested. Throw in that several of those are titles that Funimation used license, and they'd probably be eager to at least stream them again.

Aniplex's approach is something I point to as an example if somebody asks why I'm a big collector of physical copies and don't rely on streaming.

I also wish Funimation would make a Dubbed version. This series was aired 7 years ago... not exactly a new series.
Plus, I just watched the series on Funimation for the "Limited Time" they have been hyping.
Episodes 25 and 26 have the sub-titles delayed about 10 seconds. So difficult to keep up. Couldn't they fix that? Or do they have the video files given to them 'as-is' and they can't adjust the sub-title track?
