No male nipples or an additional male memeber cause the straight Japanese fans might get grossed out. Only GIRLS are allowed to be bi or gay.

To be fair, even the sexual positive and explicit Interspecies Reviewers had no problems doing as much kinky stuff as possible.

As long as there's no gay stuff around, unless it's female on female, of course, again.
