When it was first announced there was going to be a second season. I was really happy to hear it. But now, knowing who'll produce the episodes is another thing completely.

What could the Anime community be thinking by allowing the kind of negative impact funi creates for Anime.

they aren't producing anything. Justly simply streaming the show with the same questionable subs Aniplex provides for all their shows, including the first season of this show

What "negative impact"? They pay no small amount of money to license content; that's a pretty positive impact. Any negative impact is almost entirely imagined by the culture warriors and outrage merchants who over-exaggerate a half-dozen disputable translation choices Funi's made.

And how did the anime community "allow" this to happen? I don't remember any "anime representative" coming to me and asking me who I wanted to stream this. Did someone go to you and ask you? I also missed the memo where it said they were producing it, as to ya know the company that has the rights, and not simply streaming it. I guess since I wasn't consulted I wasn't privy to that.
