Where did my HQ 2D sprites go? Honesty, I'm disappointment that they went with this whole 3D look; it is what it is though. I might give it a try if I hear decent things about the game when it releases.
By the way, the game is also going to be released on the PS4 (same date as the Switch) but only in Japan (for whatever reasons). I'm pretty sure that version of the game will come to the West at a later time... |

Probably cost too much to keep the sprites coming. But nevertheless, I like the look of the 3D and hope it has good sales.

Now the question is should I buy it now and get in on the hype but have to pay 80 dollars Australian for the character dlc's. Or wait 2 years for the collectors edition with all the dlc for free. Assuming NiS doesnt go bottom up like some have been worrying about, since they hadnt been putting out games very fast the last few years.

Or them having DLC full price and separate for 5+ years, then finally announce a complete+ or like edition not compatible with older versions. Sorry, NISA has burned the DLC bridge for me. One season pass only for DLC. I say this after over $100 in Disgaea 3 DLC was purchased. Then the original Disgaea 4 and D2 not getting any such season pass or all-in-one DLC package. Disgaea 5 did it right. Disgaea 4 Complete+ had microtransactions later on though. |
