Strong week this week to see OP almost at last place though it aint helping itself with the sub 5.0 rating (the OP rating bar is dropping).

KnY pretty much confirmed to be a cultural phenomenon now with reruns rating so highly, like the original Gundam and Evangelion before it. And, yeah the One Piece anime has been slowly dropping for years now. It used to compete head to head with Detective Conan, but slowly was left behind.
I guess in the end Toei's choice to completely drop filler arcs and focus only on canon stories, even if it meant ruining their pacing completely, is slowly killing the anime's ratings. |
