Oh yeah! Here's hoping Tsuda isn't entering the climax of his starring roles.

Yea hopefully it'll be like Devilman Crybaby where all episodes stream on Netflix worldwide at the same time.
Just a shame it probably won't get a NA home video release within the next 3 years, if at all.

Also would be nice if Netflix could get the currently-running live action show airing in Japan right now. I'd rather watch that legitimately than search for fansubs.

I think a lot of people would've been disappointed if they'd done an anime and not used Tsuda.

Will Maaya Sakamoto still play his wife?

After that live action promo, TsudaKen was obviously the right choice.

I've read some of the manga and enjoyed it, so I'll check this out.

I've heard a lot of good things about this manga and I've been curious about it for awhile so I'll definitely be watching when it comes out.

Even shows that are adaptations of prev. works tend to have the label "Netflix Original".

Outside of truly original anime that is made for Netflix like "B the Beginning" as exclusives, I don't trust Netflix with anime. You know, their binge-uploading practices?

Depends on how the production committee involvement works, cause there were series which licensed by Netflix, but still run on TV after (Sirius the Jagger, Dorohedoro) or at the same time (like Fuji TV +Ultra anime series - Drifting Dragons, Beastars, BNA, Great Pretender)

Also, JP Netflix not works as same as Netflix worldwide - it usually streams the episodes one per week, while worldwide Netflix go with a batch (and usually - months later after the ending of run on JP Netflix).

After the disservice they did to Tsuda for not choosing him as Tattsun in the live-action...

Oh my god YES!! After the terrible year 2020 has been, finally some good news. I was confident we'd get an anime. It's great we're getting it so soon.

I'm not very familiar with this manga, but just looking at the character design I know Tsuda is the perfect choice
