I didn't know Dark Horse was going to continue the series. I'm so glad. I understand why it's not everyone's cup of tea, but for what it's worth I really enjoy it. Volume 14 left ended with such a cliffhanger. I'm glad I'll get to see what happens next.

Please, Dark Horse, release more Kurosagi!

Does this mean Kurosagi is complete? Or are they working on two manga at once?

Dark Horse last omnibus release was June 2016 collecting volumes 10-12. I'd say they've given up on the series, again.
