I watched Machine Man as a kid and really enjoyed it despite its silliness (even by tokusatsu standards), but because it was dubbed in Portuguese, I couldn't tell he was the one who voiced Hokuto on B'tX and Shishinki on Inuyasha. I wished he had worked on more anime titles. May he rest in peace.

He also did the Japanese dub voice of Papa Pig in the Cartoon Network Japan dub of Peppa Pig.

昨日は佐久田脩さんの告別式でした。マシンマンそのままに
本当に優しい方でした。２年前の還暦祭が最後のイベントになってしまった…。今朝、書斎の書類の間から、佐久田祭の写真がひょっこり出てきました。マシンマン主題歌を歌うMoJoさんに拍手する佐久田さん。私の隣に小笠原猛監督の姿も(涙)
