Yay, they're going to do a 6-DVD release as opposed to a 7-DVD release. Thank you, Geneon.
I also hope that they'll add the TIPS. |

5 EPISODES!!!!?!?!?!
Damn it Geneon. Why couldn't you have done 4/4/5/4/4/5. That way we would have had THREE complete chapters per disc and 5/6 episodes of the last arc on the last disc. Dangit! Just having Onikakushi would have brought over TONS of fans. I am relieved about 6 discs though. Hope the box looks nice. Maybe they'll use a nice Shmion picture. Or that group picture from the last DVD. |

They set up the DVDs differently! They were released in japan as 9 DVDs with 3 episodes on each with tons of extra stuff like posters and playing cards.

Would you have preferred 9 DVDs? I sure as hell wouldn't. Keeping the extra goodies would be absolutely awesome, because besides the TIPS that I've been raving about any chance I get, there's some other really nice stuff too, like the cards. |

It would've been nice if they did it an Arc per DVD, but I guess it doesn't really matter. I wonder what the box will look like though. And maybe it'll have extras like you were talking about as well.
