The manga calls it "Aquatrope", but this article says "Aquatope", do you know which is the correct spelling?

I'm not sure what you mean. I can't even find anything about a manga planned just yet. "Aquatope" is spelled as such in the official website's URL, and that is how the katakana in the Japanese title is pronounced as well.

I clicked on the link provided in the article, which I mistakenly took for a manga link. It's the anime link here at ANN, and it's spelled "Aquatrope" there.

First article about this anime also spells it as "Aquatrope".

Sorry for the confusion.

Ah, looks like it's just a typo with the original article then. I'll go fix it on the encylopedia page.
