The coming of the Saber's.

Although with this being a film, I wonder how long before it sees a release in the West...they still need to release the Camelot movies, too.

Makes you wonder how much of the budget is going to the voice acting.

Wait. They announced another movie? Does that mean the production on the Camelot trilogy is done already?

It's a duology, not a trilogy, and yes, the second movie came out yesterday. Which doesn't actually matter much, because this movie is being done by a different staff in a different studio.

Camelot was announced as a two part film series from the beginning.

Aah. My mistake. Thanks. I just assumed it was a trilogy like the Heaven's Feel movies. So I reckon it was gonna take longer for their next project.

Whatever they spend, with many of them, they're going to recover it if they bait those VAs with a good banner.

It's all dirty as hell but there's a grim satisfaction to knowing one's preferred gacha bait game makes enough to produce god-tier anime adaptations. Plenty of them don't. It's certainly been a fascinating journey from eroge to a billion dollar revenue and the box office.

As for this movie, I suspect a fair amount of unvoiced Servants popping in but there is no doubt this trailer is hiding a lot of absolutely essential fan pleasers: the fact that it only really showcases Servants who have already been significantly animated before (eg Siegfried, Drake, Mordred, Jeanne, Enkidu) all but screams: we are not showing our hand yet. This can't be merely MC vs Big Bad with Servant cameos. That would be a straight up failure and Babylonia showed us Clover-1 have no interest in letting the fans down.

Australia's had the first Camelot movie already, I saw it with some friends in mid-April. Given we had HF3 last November, I'd say it'll probably be sometime around Christmas we get the second.
