Basically the closest one could of written a crossover of all these popular isekai series without actually having to pay the licensing for each one. LOL

This should be interesting to check out at least.

There is already a Light Novel/Manga about killing Isekai'd people. It's called The Executioner and Her Way of Life. Hope this one manages to be different enough to stand out as its own work rather than just a copy.

There's plenty of isekai stories that paints the typical isekai protag as villains, but idea alone does not a good story make, and a lot of these often also fall into trying to have its cake and eat it too by being a power fantasy where the not-like-typical-isekai-protag are better than the typical isekai protag for the very thing they are bad for (arbitrary god-given powers).

This being by the Kakegurui author though gives me more interest than most, I hope that it'll do well and get licensed fast.

The Executioner and Her Way of LIfe is pretty dark.

Wonder with all the loose crossover characters, whether or not Isekai Tenseisha Goroshi -Cheat Slayer- will be more comedic.

The official summary kinda of working at cross purposes. On one hand it says the main character is killing all Isekai characters, then in the next paragraph says he is joining a group of Isekai characters to kill the Demon Lord. Maybe he is doing both I guess. Infiltrating the Isekai group to find their weaknesses and eliminating them one by one.

Guess we will find out in the near future.

@John the Dark Lord

Based on the first chapter, it's immediately edgier than The Executioner and Her Way of Life. It's too early to tell if all the isekai'd characters are as vile as the first antagonist from their brief introduction, but it's definitely implied.

A better comparison is the soon to be released The Hero Laughs While Walking the Path of Vengeance a Second Time wherein the protagonist is betrayed by what he considered good people, loses it, and decides to take revenge. Except the protag here is a seemingly average person with a blatantly suspicious witch coaxing him into action.

It just started, so it's hard to tell what direction the story will take.

If anime adaptation ever happens, they should give them same seiyu like their "inspirations'.

Really like it. But I suspect a big part of it is because of how sick I am of isekai in general, especially the "slow life" ones and the "Everyone thinks I'm weak but I have a cheat that makes me the strongest" ones.

This trend has been here for far too long already.

I've you honestly think isekai is still a "trend" at this point I've got some bad news for ya cause this genre has been around long enough and is too commercially successful to be going anywhere anytime soon. That's like expecting "superhero fatigue" to actually happen.

First chapter doesn't look very promising to me. The parody was barebone and shallow. It's like one of those superheroes desconstruction story written by people who not into superheroes and oly know them throught pop-culture. Not only that, the selection of the parody target make no sense and have no connection beside the fact those characters are from popular isekai works.
