I like Clamp, but I'm more excited for this for Wit Studio after what they did with Great Pretender (and actually their overall good track record).

Does Clamp do anymore manga these days?

IT seems in recent years, most of their work has been on character designs rather than writing full fledged manga stories.

They are still doing the Clear Card manga. They’ve got half a dozen unfinished series though, so I’d rather they not start on yet another new one at this point.

Their only ongoing series right now is Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card. They have a few other series that are still on hiatus (like Gate 7 and Drug & Drop...and who knows when X will ever be continued).

For a second I thought this was about Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics. But man, this actually looks somewhat interesting! I hope this turns out good!

I wonder who those three characters in the promo image are supposed to be.

My guess is the two boys are the Grimm brothers. The girl could be some sort of spirit they work with to "collect" their tales. Just my guess though....

I love fairy tales and anime, so this could be a win for me.

Well that's certainly an interesting collaboration, I'll definitely keep following the project.

Someone actually just reminded me of the CLAMP/Netflix collaboration announcement last week, I didn't think it'd end up being announced a few days later lol.

Sounds interesting, I just wish Netflix had nothing to do with it.

Oh, boy... This whole Anti-Netflix bias a lot of anime fans seem to have is getting really old. For starters, without Netflix involvement this project would have never existed in the first place... Rolling Eyes

Indeed. I can understand having grievances with some of their more dubious decisions and questionable choices, but not everything they churn out is bad. Remember Aggretsuko, Little Witch Academia TV, and Devilman Crybaby???

Love CLAMP's character designs. I'm sure they will be fantastic!

I'm not sure why Netflix is getting such a bad rep for producing anime. I really enjoyed a few of the things they've put out and licensed. Not every show Funi or Sentai releases is good! Rolling Eyes

Don't forget Great Pretender too (If it sorta counts.).

Every service has their own good and bad content, Netflix is no different.
