I guess I'm not surprised thinking about the actual content of the anime, even though I feel like Nino would be higher, but thinking back on how many times she actually talked with him...

Of course this just represents the time they spent talking on screen, I'd think Itsuki would be the highest since they've spent the most time together off screen.

Now, which of the 5 leading ladies had the overall most screen time in the manga? The one that did would be the lead female, then!

I do hope that's a mistranslation as "present in Futaro's dialogue scenes" would mean they're there in the background while he's talking to someone else... which would explain how Ichika placed higher than Nino who often wasn't in the crowd scenes. The question would be asked in such a way to justify Yotsuba and placate Miku fans.
