Color me both impressed and pleased.

Maybe I'm just being a hopeful fan, but I've got a gut feeling that "One Piece" will do surprisingly well as the ball starts rolling with the new FUNimation episodes. If it does well enough we might just see a faster release of the manga and FUNi redubs of the first 143 episodes on Cartoon Network (please let it happen!).

Seriously, I'm impressed that a month after it's release "One Piece" Volume 14 did better than "Fullmetal Alchemist".

On their actual list, they have Bisco Hatori listed as the author for Fullmetal Alchemist, when it should be Hiromu Arakawa! Oh well it's just a typo. I'm impressed that Bleach beat out Naruto. Although I enjoy Bleach more, I was always under the impression that Naruto was more "popular" and "successful." Maybe that is just in reference to the anime, but I'm not sure.

Lol. I wonder what FMA would be like if Hatori Bisco (Ouran High School Host Club) did it. Laughing

Bleach Volume 18 came out on April 3, whereas Naruto Volume 13 came out a month earlier on March 6.

As the articles notes, this chart shows Bleach Volume 18's first month of sales against Naruto Volume 13's second month of sales. Naruto Volume 13's did well enough that it placed #3 for two months in a row.

Ah, whoops! Didn't see that. Embarassed I don't really pay attention to new Naruto releases so I wasn't aware. Or maybe I just have some subconscious selective reading issues... Shocked

I'm surprise Warriors: The Lost Warriors made the list. Erin Hunter probably has a huge following.

It was on this list the last time at number 4 with Volume 13. Kinda surprised to see it and Fullmetal Alchemist so low.
