Maybe I missed something but, doesn't that last season have 24 episodes total? Last I saw, Netflix only had the first 12. Are there plans to release the second set of 12? I haven't seen anything about it, but I also haven't been keeping too close of attention.

You're not wrong, Nettlix users will have the ability to view the movie that takes place after last season before they even see the conclusion to the story from that season... Similar to how the Kishibe Rohan OVA was released on Netflix before adding the related JoJo season on the service (varied by country). Maybe they will announce the second half will release alongside the movie later, or at very least release it sometime in October.

I'm surprised there hasn't already been a dedicated trailer seeing as it's one of the more popular Netflix anime and it's 20 days away

Yeah i was shocked too but the netflix anime to watch video confirmed it, surprised this site didn't cover it

I was wondering if they'd get the movie, but that was sooner than I expected.
I wonder if they'll eventually license the Kuroko's Basketball movie too.

They didn't officially report the total and it dropped off pretty fast (it was 10th on 2nd weekend already), but estimating off mimorin would put it at a little over 200M compared to the first one's 500M.
