They really need to just give each Mangaka a one week break like Oda. Don't read or watch Black Clover but I wish him a speedy recovery.

I would prefer most manga to go monthly. Weekly is just way too stressful for a manga writer, a few assistants and editors. But I know how resistant Japan is too Change...

Yes that would be even better! But like you said Japan is resistant to change.

By monthly how many pages would you have each chapter? Cause monthly manga can actually be as stressful as a weekly manga.

For instance Attack on Titan is a monthly manga but it’s mangeka got incredibly burnt out making it.

Yeah I have seen some authors in the past say that they actually had an easier time with weekly. Switching to monthly isn't always the solution that some people think it is. Different authors handle things differently some can handle certain things and others cant. If they need to take a break they should take one which is already something that happens. I think the reason things get as bad as they do for some of them is because they think that they can handle more than they actually can. If I recall correctly I remember hearing that the author of Jujutsu Kaisen came back sooner from his break than was recommended for instance.
