Mari Okada's works are hit-or-miss for me but this looks super cute. I'm a huge fan of stop-motion anime like Rilakkuma and Kaoru and so I'm excited for this!

Huh, so an American production based around a Japanese mythos with a prolific Japanese scriptwriter attached? Interesting.
