Wow so Haruhi will in fact be one of the on-stage characters. From another press release I was worried that the audience would effectively be Haruhi.
BTW, for some reason to me, the guy playing Kyoya has the most striking resemblance out of all the characters in the anime. |

I was wondering why someone would think that considering Haruhi is different than say, Izumi/Director from A3! and Saniwas in Touken Ranbu. The latter are more meant to be self-inserts (though I'm sure Mankai Stage could've cast someone as Izumi, but the audience being Izumi doesn't detract from the stages) whereas Haruhi isn't. It wouldn't work at all for the audience to be Haruhi where it does for A3! and TouRanbu. It's also not uncommon for the entire cast to be announced at different times so at least for me, it wasn't surprising to see a partial cast announcement and the hosts being the first of the announcements. Anyways. I like Kaname and Yu and I'm excited to see them as Hikaru and Kaoru! And I'm super excited for Satonaka as Kyoya!!! I look forward to seeing this play~ |
