Most sources that predict these things in advance have said there has been none of the usual signs of anything like this yet, and in fact, more signs that it's not likely going to happen anytime soon. Then Nintendo made an official statement basically tossing the claims to the grave: https://twitter.com/NintendoCoLtd/status/1443366440183074819?s=19 So it's definitely not worth putting much weight into that article in Bloomberg, even though the author is adamant it's true. |

The whole Switch Pro thing at this point is nothing more than a pipe dream. It really feels like people still refuse to accept that Nintendo hasn't been into the power philosophy for fifteen years now. It's over, they're about innovation, not teraflops and polygons. And considering how well the Switch keeps selling, they're completely in the right. And that's before getting into how EVERYTHING that's happened has borked electronics and supply lines. You can't make new hardware if you don't have the components! As for others...
-Sunbreak: Surprised they're going more in a gothic horror theme, what with Malzeno just screaming "Dracula, but as a dragon" (redundant) and the eerie vibe of the teaser. With them also having revealed Shogun Cenataur coming back, I expect some other old mons that fit the theme. -Kirby: I am all for our puffball savior finally getting a 3D game. -Switch Online: Hey, I'm all for N64 and Genesis. I just wonder what the price increase is going to be. If it's $5 or $10 I can live with that, since that's yearly. -Splatoon 3: Now to wonder where Pearl and Marina are... -Bayonetta 3: There, now the doomsayers can shut up about it and move onto to claiming Metroid Prime 4 is dead. Now I just await Metroid Dread. |

One would think right? That said, Saber was the pitch character and FB asked Type Moon to include her since they had the models etc all done already for another TM Fighting Game they were working on (only "recently" did Nasu tell them to do a Melty sequel since he wanted an accompaning piece to the Remake), so might as well. So she might be a one off. |

Oh... Oh, my. I hadn't thought of Castle of Shikigami 2 in a few years, and that dub is just a certain kind of perfection. I used to show that off with clips from Garzey's Wing, to double the joy.
Kirby is what I'm most excited for. I just have such a fondness for Kirby's games and they always put me in a good mood. Love that little puff. |

The main thing I'm looking forward to is a 3D Kirby game. I know we just saw a little snippit, but I hope it ends up being more grandiose in scale. Something akin to Mario Odyssey.
As far as Smash goes, I feel like the last slot has to be a current gen Pokemon representation. I said the same thing right before Byleth was announced that it was odd Three Houses had been out for almost a year but there was no current Fire Emblem representation so the last slot (at the time) had to go to that. |

- The Switch Pro/4K rumors are getting really repetitive, Nintendo is probably developing new hardware at this moment, just like any company does, but I think it's useless to discuss it until the Switch lifecycle comes to its near end, which will probably be in 2 or 3 years.
- The Direct was good and I think Nintendo has enough games to push the Switch for what's left of the year. The Kirby title looked pretty nice. - Can't wait for the Smash reveal, I don't have any particular choice for the last character, all the DLC fighters have been very interesting and brought something unique, but it's kind of funny seeing people complaining and fighting each other for their characters, I kind of understand being sad and dissapointed that your favourite character is not featured in the game, but some people take Sakurai/Nintendo's decisisions very personal. - KOF XV: Isla's design is pretty cool, though her name is funny to me because it means island in Spanish, the only thing I don't like are those floating hands around her. |

Nice to see Chocobo Racing return after it being cancelled for the 3DS, also EDF 6 is looking great, I'll get the PS4 version of EDF 6.

IMO, one of the most interesting parts of the Bay3 trailer were the Astral Chain and DMC teases. Crossovers? Is Astral in the Bayonetta universe? Will Dante be playable, a boss, or both?

The 4K Switch rumors are really bizarre. Have these people never seen a Nintendo console before? Chasing high-fidelity visuals really ain't their thing.
