Glad she's doing okay. I listen to J-pop whenever I drive my Toyota 86 (It's an awesome car, BTW), and her songs pop up a lot on the J-pop station I listen to on Pandora

It's always so scary when stuff like this happens out of nowhere. I hope Hamasaki-san will have a complete and quick recovery, and a nice long break.

I hope she's able to identify the cause. I'm super allergic to certain fake nuts and there's nothing scarier than not knowing what causes such a strong reaction. I don't need an epi pen thankfully, but I'm always careful around anything that might potentially contain nuts as a result. Being blindsided by a new allergic reaction is terrifying.

It's possible. Our bodies can reject absolutely anything at every possible age, whether it's a late-developed allergy, an allergy someone never knew they had, a new food intolerance, or anything else. Which is weird, but then again, human bodies make no real biological sense anyway. :-/ |
