I'm looking forward to this, I hope Funimation grab this one as well and reprise the dub roles from the last one. It's been a long road for this manga, I hope we do get to the end of it sooner rather than later.

I feel the same way! Finally, there is a continuation of the anime. It's already been so many years and I hope, like pirateaddict's sentiment, they get to the end of it sooner than later. I honestly wouldn't want the same thing that has happened with Berserk to this manga. Sad

Especially since, unlike Miura's sudden passing, Kazuya Minekura has had a history of medical problems & surgeries, which have been the main cause for the numerous delays & hiatuses her works have gone through over the decades.

The series looked better when it wasn't HD up to Gunlock in regards to TV anime.

Exactly! Also, similar to Miura-sensei, she happens to have another project that's still not finished -- the Wild Adapter. It is really worrisome. I hope she has an assistant during this time.

I only just started the original series but I'm really liking it. I know I probably won't be able to speed through 100 more episodes before Zeroin airs, but I'm glad the series is still getting new anime installments.

I am worried about Minekura's health, I remember an article from here in April where she discussed her health troubles and upcoming surgery and it made me really admire the fact that she's still dedicated to continuing the series

Oooh awesome! I suggest that you also read the manga. Well, this may be my opinion but it does have a different feel than the anime. It's the same way as how I feel like when I read Berserk, where the arts details is just breathtaking. For Saiyuki's case, I definitely say on the character design and play on composition. Very Happy
