Back to a dragon Ace Monster?

So the seiyuu was born in California? And has an English name? Interesting.

Now obviously, Yuhi appears to be the MC due to apparently being related to Yuga since they carry the same family name along with the Yu (遊) character each spinoff MC retains from the title Yu-Gi-Oh!, but Yudias is being shown off off first and appearing front and center. The only thing is that he doesn't contain the Yu (遊) character in his name. Obviously, episode 1 end credits will answer who is the MC.

My goodness at the monster designs. They stray further from 2D.

A Yu-Gi-Oh! series not running 3 and a half years? Bridge really is doing things differently.

Hope this gets a simulcast. It sounds more interesting than Sevens was.

"The anime will feature an alien as a protagonist for the first time in the franchise."

Uh, yeah no. Astral from Yu-gi-oh! Zexal says otherwise. Not to mention other Aliens as main characters have also been in the series b4 this. (And yes, Astral IS a protagonist just as much as Yuma is). Now if they'd said as the next Yugi then yeah, they'd be half right but still half wrong since Astral was half of the next Yugi in Zexal.

"VRAINS" did this with almost 2.5 years.

The only Yugioh series to run (specifically) 3 and half years is GX. Every series after was 3 years and obviously VRAINS was 2 and a half.

Have been really enjoying how Sevens has been handling their subcharacters. Hopefully this continues on the good work they've been doing.

I wasn't counting VRAINS due to its production issues. Still, my main point stands that SEVENS is looking to be our shortest card game Yu-Gi-Oh! anime yet.

This is crazy that Japan is about to start on the 8th series when Yugioh Sevens hasn't even been dubbed yet

...I'm wondering if that'll even happen at this point.

Hopefully this leads to a Switch game with a much larger card pool, Rush Duels had too little of a card pool, also while I like the Rush Duel format, Sevens is not a good anime. I want a Yu-Gi-Oh game in Rush Duel format with at least the card pool of Eternal Duelist Soul.

I highly doubt it.

I don’t know if I want Sevens to be dubbed. They’d probably mess it up with bad voice acting. And the characters weren’t very enjoyable. I hope this next one is better.
