The press release we used as a source listed Guangzhou as the location, and this website (https://netease-na.com/about) also says NetEase Games is located in Guangzhou. So while NetEase Inc. seems to be located in Hangzhou, NetEase Games is located in Guangzhou according to its own website and the PR announcing the news about Nagoshi Studio.
