I know some people have issues with it, but I still thought the game was fine. Something that is better picked up on sale sure, but as a different, albeit brief new take on Nemesis, it's fine.
Not like I still don't have the original to play as well. Really wish that 4 remake wasn't happening though because I just see absolutely no point to it. It's a fools errand for a game that is still great. If they're gonna keep remaking crap, then they could at least do Code Veronica because that actually has room to improve. |

I agree about Code Veronica. That game is in desperate need of a remake, more so than 2 and 3 to be honest.

It's tricky now to accept that the motion capture and voice actor for Carlos transitioned to being Chris in Village.
Partially why I played 3Make and Village in Japanese first, thanks to consistent casting. |

I've been saying that since the RE4 remake rumors started. In terms of game play, Code Veronica is closer to RE2 and 3, so it would benefit a lot more than 4, which already had things like over-the-shoulder camera and player-controlled aiming. Plus, Code Veronica didn't have anywhere near the exposure RE4 did. I could imagine it selling very well because it would be an entirely new game to much of the audience. |
