Wait so does that mean they will remake the 1st season or?? Or is this simply a continuation from the 1st season and the 3rd season gonna be about the next years as it was shown on the promo cover

It's a continuation. Seasons 1, 2, & 3 together will cover the entirety of the first year student arc.

If Kadokawa announced a 3rd season this far in advance, I hope this means Date A Live will get another season.

Music is going to be composed by Yokoyama Masaru and Hashiguchi Kana. PV also clearly states that. Takahashi isn't returning.

this is the best news this year yet. I loved Season 1 and have re watched it four times already. I can't wait for seasons 2 and 3, that is a rare event announcing the third season which means the staff and directors feel very confident i am too
