I know I’m surprised as well over 1000 episodes and we just now know that he has a daughter and that kid only has half his red hair, the other half probably the mother,lol! |

Eh, I'm thinking she's adopted or something. They usually renege on these big hooks when they're in movies.

I'm also assuming she'll probably turn out to be an adoptive daughter (despite the red hair), although it would be kind of hilarious if Shanks had another kid if you think Makino's child is Shanks' as well.
Also, One Piece sure loves it's deadbeat dads, huh? I'm guessing Uta tries to stop Luffy becoming King of the Pirates or whatever her plot is because Shanks abandoned her. Also Shanks is surprisingly cynical. |
