Very uncertain. Slam Dunk also ended with a similar notice of "Part 1 End" and never got a sequel. Arai is working on a new manga apparently, but it is currently unknown if he will go back to doing his own manga series or if it will be Conan related again.

That's not entirely true. Aoyama changed his work schedule in 2018. Which means we get fewer chapters a year but cases are published weekly with around 4 weeks between each new case.
