Seems kind of low effort. The cup is obvious, but a triple burger is a normal thing in fast food. Even with the explanation of what that has to do with Char, it doesn't seem special.

This is assuming that Japan is facing a meat shortage of its own and stands to collapse under its own Nikkei system.

It's not special to US as Westerners as meals like this are common. But, how common are triple cheeseburgers in Japan or other asian countries?
