Nano will perform the opening song "Evolution,"

OMG! nano? 2 nano songs in back to back seasons? LETS GO!!!!! What have we done to deserve this after she hasn't performed for an anime since 2019? I actually didn't know she performed a song this season for Human Bug Daigaku and ANN didn't add the article for that series that mentions her to her ANN page (along with this article). Anyway, the song for that is good as expected. I won't watch this trailer because I know her slayed per usual. Also, she announced her new album just a few hours ago. HYPE!!!

Erii is a nice choice for ED song.

Oh snap! Miyuki and Chiharu in the same series again. Love it when that happens.

Well, it definitely looks like a sequel, just with...better animation? Maybe?

Also looks like they finally get to school, but Seiichi's old classmates aren't in the preview. The girls in school uniforms look cute.

Also not often you see them show the actual OP and ED animation in the trailer.

I had said TFoE needed a sequel if the IP owners didn't want it to be remembered as a flop but it had to do something different to have a chance. And they are doing that, doesn't look half-bad and just enough seriousness to counterbalance the comedy. However, still a comedy and could be an ironic watch at least.

The fact that the series got a second season is proof the first season was not a flop.
