So Burst is still going to continue after all, but... It's odd seeing this series revealed for the English market first.
Has Beyblade's popularity in Japan waned?

From the looks of it this is completely funded by Hasbro even using their designs of the beys, dont think Takara Tomy has anything to do with this

It was the first major kids' anime IP to get dumped from TV in Japan to go direct to streaming. Those seasons also came with an episode count reduction.

This isn't the first time this has happened to Beyblade. The last generation inspired three spinoffs that were produced exclusively for the international market. Those three shows were all produced in Japan, but only the last one saw release there and that was likely because its international rollout never really happened. I wonder if the Japanese version of QuadStrike will randomly show up on a Chinese streaming service years later, too.

Im surprised kids still like Beyblade or play with them. Considering what other toys have gone out of business.
