My most anticipated is definitely Hirogaru Sky! Pretty Cure. I have never met a Pretty Cure series I disliked, and most I’ve seen so far have made my faves list. The logo just has an aesthetic beauty to it, too. I think I’ll really like this.

I guess my runner-up would be Endo and Kobayashi Live! The Latest on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte because I love the villainess subgenre. I’m also looking forward to Tsurune 2 because the first season was amazing. I will also be watching By the Grace of the Gods 2 and The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess.

I'm legitimately surprised that Attack on Titan wasn't mentioned at all.

I thought it would come out in January. Am I wrong?

Happy to see In/Spectre get a mention. I absolutely love the manga. With each passing volume, I find myself enjoying it more and more. It's really felt like a breath of fresh air to me -- unique premise and memorable characters, in stories that continually turn the mystery genre on its head. Nothing else quite like it, except Blast of Tempest to some degree, I suppose.

Yet again, as with the Fall 2022 list, I feel like I'm completely out of sync with most hype...

I most look forward to:
High Card - I dunno, it just looks fun. It's also the kind of show that can very easily go wrong as far as I'm concerned, if it becomes too try-hard to pandering, but if it can manage to be genuine and natural, it can be fun.
Revenger - I'm a bit skeptical about this... going by the promo materials it could be either a "wtf is this doing in the year of our lord 2023" type show (also see: Appare Ranman, Fairy Gone, Sirius The Jaeger, etc.), or something with genuine swagger and edge. We'll see.
Buddy Daddies - OK, so this show might as well be titled "BL SHIPS! GET YOUR BL SHIPS HERE!" but as long as they're not going overboard either with blunt, in-your-face pandering or desperate no-homo'ing, it could be fun.

I'm also going to check out Mononogatari, Trigun Stampede (I love the manga and the first anime, but I never wanted a new adaptation, so I'm not terribly excited about this one - I hope it's good, though), and of course the second season of the adventures of a loser vampire and his merry companions. I wish I could watch Vinland Saga, but at this point it's back with being a neverending story that I couldn't keep up with as a manga, so.

Although it's a different studio, Vinland Saga keeps the same writer and director which really helps in order to adapt it. Yukimura mentioned that the episode where Thorfinn joined Askeladd while learning to fight was something Wit came up with so I hope this season has something similar for characters that don't get enough screentime. Just by looking at the trailer, Thorfinn is almost a a completely different character not only per design but also voice actor's tone.

I love the Manga For Malevolent Spirits Mononogatari.the artwork is excellent and the story is solid taking a completely different turn than what’s expected.

The Same goes for Disillusioned Heroes will Save the World and My Life As Inukai-sans Dog

I’m intrigued by High Card’s premise as well.

Part 3 of Final Season has been listed as "2023" but not anything more specific than that. In the absence of any updates, we have to assume that it will be out during the Spring season at the earliest.

In the absence of AoT, my most-anticipated among sequels/remakes is definitely DanMachi's continuation, and for the exact reasons Rebecca stated. I'm also curious to see where this season ends, as the current arc should take only half the season to finish if the pacing seen in the first half of s4 is maintained and the next novel's scattered structure might make for an awkward way to handle the second half of the season. What the adaptation chooses to do past about the midway point of this upcoming season will give a strong indication about whether or not there's intent to make a s5 as well. BOFURI 2 and The Misfit of Demon Academy 2 are the runners-up here; while I'll probably watch the new version of Trigun, I was never that big a fan back in the day, so it's not something I'm eager about.

Not certain as yet about what I'm most anticipating among new series. the tale of outcasts and Kana of the Great Snow Sea both sound like intriguing concepts, and based on title alone, I'm somewhat looking forward to Chillin' in My 30s after Getting Fired from the Demon King's Army.

Of the series I'm aware of, I'll be watching Vinland Saga, at the very least. How refreshing!

I feel like these anticipated lists would be more interesting without sequels included, haha.

As far as new IP's Spy Classroom is my most anticipated. In terms of sequels it is Danmachi. Honorable mention to BOFURI.

And sorry Trigun Stampede, you are too crappy and weird looking for me to care. RIP studio orange.

#1 for me is Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? IV Part 2, the second half of The Eminence in Shadow and Nagatoro for continuing series. For new anime, Tomo-chan and Kubo with a bunch of other shows, but those two I have the manga, (unread at the moment) and I'm curious how good they'll be.
