The less said about Gamera the Brave the better, but I'm a big fan of the three Heisea era Gamera films directed by Shusuke Kaneko in the 1990s:

I can’t help but feel that the trailer promising Gamera vs a multitude of kaiju is a dig at the Urobutchi Godzilla trilogy and its distinct lack of kaiju fights (something Singular Point to its credit made up for in spades).
Well, this is the first major Gamera thing in a long time. Hopefully they put their best giant turtle foot forward. |
