I haven't heard of them. Maybe there are such games, I don't know.

Not sure what to expect from this but one way it seems to differentiate itself from other VRMMO games is the design for the protagonist and that there seem to be more scenes in the real world.

I mean.... sure? I'm fairly certain you can add novelty heads to your character like this in lots of casual mmos and dressup games. I have an owl head on my (human) character in a virtual customisation game I play.
