That silhouette is obviously Hiroi.

Drunk lady spinoff is a great idea!

I also want a PA san spinoff too!

I'm not as interested in a spin-off manga as I am in her band releasing a CD.

(It seems likely that PA-san and the club manager will be prominent parts of a Hiroi-centric manga.)

Yeah, I would expect Seika and PA-san to be very prominent in a Hiroi-centric spinoff. Probably not as prominent as her band members, but certainly more prominent than in the main series.
