"Sigh" it's was only a matter of time before Hollywood will get their hands on one of jito ito manga stories and make it into a live action movie it is almost basically impossible to recreated jito ito scary artstyle in live-action without looking really bad.

I mean there's already several live action Junji Ito adaptations a few of which are quite good but sure it's definitely impossible.

Not to mention American horror has commonly adapted multiple different comics and horror novels well. IT(the first one at least) haunting of hill house, and the crow adapted the work to a positive reaction(though admittedly more loose in adaptation). I think an Ito adaption could be great. I wish Mike Flannagan was working on it, but he's busy trying to adapt another "unadaptable" work, The Dark Tower.
