Hm.... The song doesn't sound that bad in English, better than I was expecting anyway. I'd have to hear more before I make a final judgement.

Agreed. I had no idea they were going to do an English version and now I'm rather surprised they did. The clip wasn't that bad.

I'm so happy they decided to dub the song!
I think the 30 seconds I just heard sounded amazing.

Hmmm... I agree that it's not as bad as I expected. But personally, I like this version better.

I'm intrigued by the dubbed version. Anime smile I'm all for dubbed songs, and I'm glad they decided to take a chance with it. It doesn't seem to live up to Hirano Aya's version, but it's not bad. (And I bet the whole version will be better.)

That wasn't too bad, but I guess after listening to the Japanese version about one hundred times (I'm not even exaggerating) to say I've grown very attached to that version of the song would be an understatement.

Though it was short, it wasn't that bad. Which seems to be the case for everyone who's posted so far. It's good but I'm so used to Aya Hirano's beautiful masterpeice (haha) that it just won't be the same. Still, I definitely think it'll be awesome and I'm wondering if "Lost My Music" will also be a part of the package so to speak.

For the version linked to youtube... to be honest, I didn't like it one bit.

I can't wait to get the DVD and hear the whole concert. Very Happy

Wow... just today I was thinking of writing lyrics for that one on my site.

*scratches it off list*

What are you apologizing for? o: It's still really nice.

I'm kinda wondering who's the singer. Probably not Wendy Lee.

Only 100? I literally (not exaggerating) loop the song about 4~5 times everyday. It's basically what I loop through my music player when I am walking to/from class everyday

Sorry, but to me no English dubbing is a replacement for the original. Of course others may feel free to enjoy the dubbed version though (as long as I won't have to listen to it myself)

What makes you think it isn't? And you're talking about the official dub, right?

Wow... um, I won't say it's horrible, but it's not all that great either. Part of what made that scene so awesome was that they animated the mouth to match the actual singing, instead of just open-close. Dubbing it into english, it's practically impossible to do that, and I'd say that linked video is actually better... but that's just me.

PS> And no, I'm not a dub-hater... FMA, YYH, WR (not WHR), Bleach, Blood+, GitS:SAC, Cowboy Bebop and FLCL all have really good dubs, imho. So there... some things just shouldn't be dubbed.

PPS> I'm really looking forward to Zegapain. I never bothered watching it fansubbed, cause I love mecha, and new it would get licensed so I could buy it, so there was no need to "preview" it. Wee~
