Given trailers for it have popped up on this month's Media Blasters discs [MB didn't just license it, they produced it], we'll probably be seeing a simultaneous release, I'm guessing in March or April since it's already being advertised on DVD's.

Yeah, what's up with that? The trailer reminds me of The Place Promised in Our Early Days, and with monster-fighting on top of that I'm not sure how they'd maintain the suffocating urban atmosphere that made the first Kite so original. |

Reminded me more of Predator 2 meets any number of Sci-Fi things where a human gets infected with an alien virus/spores/sperm/whatever and turns into a monster. Oh well, let's hope there's lots of hardcore action (take that how you will) to offset the apparently somewhat stale scenario.
