Surprised Black Cat made it on there. I didn't think it had much of a fanbase here.

Not surprised that Vampire Knight made the list, but I didn't expect three volumes to be in the top twenty. Absolute Boyfriend was a surprise, too.

Yeah, I too am quite surprised at Black Cat. That one doesn't seem to have much of a fanbase at all.
On another note though, it's quite a pleasant surprise to see D.Gray-Man up there!  I guess I shouldn't be too surprised because it definitely seems to be one of the more popular titles, I just didn't think by that much. That's awesome! And thing is once the anime gets over here, hopefully on broadcast TV, that could help sales increase even more!

Black Cat is pretty surprising but it is Shonen Jump after all. The fact that Bleach isn't on there is more of a shock IMHO. Kitchen Princess is a big WTF too.
