How many Pokemon movies are they making? Same for Doraemon and One Piece.

This isn't a movie, it's a half-hour special. They made two others (listed in the encyclopedia).

Boy, Poke'mon is still popular, even after ten years. Makes me wonder how many more years this series will be popular though.

At least Nintendo won't be going anymore anytime soon though.

When Japan creates something popular, it sticks around for several decades >_> Doreamon and Sazae-san are both old old series, and STILL remain popular in ratings today. The only animation HERE that has been able to do that is The Simpsons... however, it's not NEARLY as old a series, and I'm not sure what the ratings look like. But hey, it's still going (1,000th episode was released recently I believe it was too. Or was it 500?)

If you're talking about The Simpsons, then 432 episodes have aired so far. As for its ratings, they're good enough to stay on the air.
